Our kayak rental kiosks make self-serve kayak rentals easy and accessible. With our user-friendly kiosks, customers can enjoy seamless access to on-water recreation, renting a kayak or SUP in just minutes. For our partners, these kiosks offer a fully operational kayak rental program without the hassle of managing it. Kiosks 101

  • Power: Our self-serve kayak rental kiosks operate using long-lasting battery-powered Bluetooth locks, eliminating the need for external power sources.

    Software: Rentals are handled through a user-friendly mobile app. The app connects to the kayak rental kiosks via Bluetooth, unlocking the vessels automatically once the checkout process is complete.

    Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe through the customer's mobile device using credit, debit, or Apple Pay, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

  • Kiosks come in 4-slot, 6-slot, 8-slot, 10-slot, and 12-slot sizes.

    • 4-Slot Kiosk Dimensions: 6’ x 6’8”

    • 6-Slot Kiosk Dimensions: 6’ x 8’8”

    • 8-Slot Kiosk Dimensions: 6’ x 13’

    • 10-Slot Kiosk Dimensions: 6’ x 15’

    • 12-Slot Kiosk Dimensions: 6’ x 17’

  • Our self-serve kayak rental kiosks are easily installed to any surface including sand, grass, gravel, cement, and asphalt.

  • Kayak rental kiosks can hold single kayaks, tandem kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. Our kiosk locker boxes typically contain various-sized PFDs and paddles.

  • Our remote operation system allows for our kiosks to be operated remotely. Anytime human intervention is needed (Ex: Issue with lock not opening) we can take control of the kiosk via computer or mobile phone.

Watersports Equipment Rental Kiosk FAQ

  • Their rental automatically renews for an additional hour.

    • Ex: If a customer rents for 1 hour initially but keeps the kayak for 2 hours, they will be charged for 2 hours

  • If any equipment is not returned within 24 hours, the customer will be charged for the full replacement cost of that equipment.
